All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in our Refund Policy. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

Every buyer receives one (1) full year (365 days) of dedicated technical and customer support directly from the Docivo team from the date of purchase. Support is provided via email and covers setup, technical issues, and queries regarding the Docivo software. After 1 year, a support renewal package is available for purchase.
# 6. Modifications to the Service and Prices
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
# 7. Limitation of Liability
Docivo and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
