AI Assistance

Accounts and Access

You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality, assigning appropriate user access, and promptly notifying us of unauthorized use or suspected security incidents.

Payment and Plans

Paid plans, trial terms, renewal rules, and cancellation options will be presented during checkout or order confirmation. We may update plans and features over time with reasonable notice where required.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Docivo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost revenue, missed appointments, or data loss arising from service use.
