Clinic Responsibilities
Clinics are responsible for verifying appointment information, configuring accurate availability, training staff, maintaining required patient consents, and complying with applicable healthcare, privacy, and professional regulations.
AI Assistance
Docivo uses AI to assist with intake and scheduling workflows. AI outputs should not be treated as medical advice, diagnosis, or a substitute for licensed clinical judgment.
Accounts and Access
You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality, assigning appropriate user access, and promptly notifying us of unauthorized use or suspected security incidents.
Payment and Plans
Paid plans, trial terms, renewal rules, and cancellation options will be presented during checkout or order confirmation. We may update plans and features over time with reasonable notice where required.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Docivo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost revenue, missed appointments, or data loss arising from service use.
